for items specified in the construction of Missouri's transportation
infrastructure.

Information
The standard specifications
are provided in Acrobat Reader format. To use the specifications
as intended, download the Adobe Acrobat Reader through the
link provided below. This link will load the Missouri
Standard Specification Book for Highway Construction into
your browser by using Adobe Acrobat as a plug-in, Adobe
Reader - Download (Note: if the manual does
not load properly, please download and install Acrobat Reader
from the link located on this page). The specification
book will work just like the downloaded version runs on your
pc (this one will probably run a little slower, depending
on your connection to the internet). You will
NOT be able to search through the entire document
as you can on your pc. If you want to be able to search
the entire specification book, you must download the executable
files and continue to update the specification book on your
pc by downloading the Revision files.
