Here’s a look at other work planned:
- Trucks entering and leaving the southwest corner of the interchange delivering large bridge girders.
- Building a new bridge for the northbound Route 65-to-westbound Route 60 flyover ramp over the railroad tracks along westbound Route 60.
- Installing a sewer line on the south side of Route 60 near the railroad tracks.
- Trucks entering and leaving work areas at the eastbound Route 60-to-northbound Route 65 and the northbound Route 65-to-westbound Route 60 cloverleaf ramps.
- Trucks entering and leaving northbound Route 65 north of Route 60. Crews are building up rock and dirt for the new eastbound Route 60-to-northbound Route 65 “flyover” ramp along northbound Route 65 north of Route 60.
- Building bridge columns and grading dirt for the new eastbound Route 60-to-northbound Route 65 and the northbound Route 65-to-westbound Route 60 “flyover” ramps in various locations.
